The Open Mind Healing Circle is a place for those who do healing work and for those who are seeking healing work. It is a place of love, hope and healing and a place to exchange and experience numerous healing modalities. The Healing Circle is for novice and experienced alike.
The first Wednesday of the month is hosted by Deborah Donoghue. The second and
fourth by Simone LaQuatra, the third by Lisa McCormack.

energetic bodywork, this is a gentle yet effective method to support you on your

Without breath there is no life. It is as simple as that and yet many of us take
how we breathe for granted. Because it is an absolutely automatic biological
function, we fail to realize that it can also be a voluntary process which can
be used consciously to enhance the quality of our lives and the health of our
bodies. There are numerous breath techniques and schools of thought, but the
most comprehensive one, from a breathing standpoint, not only opens up and
corrects old ineffective ways of breathing, but also teaches individuals to use
their breathing to reduce stress, increase energy, heighten self-awareness, heal
emotional traumas, and connect with Spirit.
How does Transformational Breathing™ work? The life-altering motion in

Cost: $225
Reiki 1 & 2 are prerequisites
This class offers you the opportunity to receive the Master Symbol and the
knowledge to pass on attunements to family and friends. You will learn chakra
balancing, crystal programming, prana breathing, and receive a workbook full of
important information appropriate for the Master Level.
If you intend to become a teacher, additional time and commitment is required
and will be discussed on an individual basis.
